If you sell your products exclusively to Croatian entrepreneurs, you are not subject to the obligations under the EPR and do not need to establish an authorised representative of your company in Croatia.<\/p>\n<p>The online platform (marketplace) through which distributors introduce products and packaging to the Croatian market is also considered to be a Producer.
